Policies
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration is on a first come basis. Registration is not complete until all enrollment forms are signed and submitted and the registration fee is paid in full. Acceptable forms of payment include checks made payable to Simply Sports, cash (in person only) and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Registration fees are not transferable.
RETURNED CHECKS incur a $40.00 service charge. If you do not receive a confirmation of registration via email, please call us to confirm that we have received your enrollment forms and payment.
FINANCIAL AID
Financial aid is available on a need-basis. Call us for more details.
WAIT LISTS
Wait lists will be notified of openings in programs as soon as possible. Please contact us to check on availability.
RAIN-OUT INFORMATION
In the event of rain or the threat of rain for an outdoor program, please call us at 877-213-BALL and check your email prior to the start of the program for up-to-date information.
MAKE-UP SESSIONS AND REFUNDS
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing no later than 1 week before a class or program begins. No refunds will be given after this date except if the player is not medically able to participate, in which case refunds may be given on a pro-rated, case-by-case basis.There is the greater of 10% or $50 cancellation fee applied to all refunds. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.
No refunds will be given for events out of our control (e.g., snow, transit strikes, etc.). Simply Sports is responsible for make-up classes only if a cancellation is due to the absence of the instructor.
CANCELLATIONS
Simply Sports reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration, with full or a pro-rata refund.
COMMUNICATION
Simply Sports is dedicated to providing you with a personal touch. We will provide direct feedback to you about how your child is doing. We value communication with you about your child.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Any photographs taken of any participant at Simply Sports programs and activities may be used for promotional purposes. Participants waive the right to inspect and/or approve the photograph.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Simply Sports is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or equipment.
SAFETY ATTIRE
Students should wear appropriate athletic clothing. Jewelry should not be worn. Sneakers (or cleats) are required.
SICKNESS
Simply Sports wants all children to come and play when they are feeling their best. Please keep sick children home to recover-this will reduce the likeliness of personal injury and the spread of illness to others. We reserve the right to send a child home to get well in our sole discretion. Basic first aid for minor injuries is available at all programs.ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All participants must read and accept the enrollment form and conditions including the waver of liability.
FOOD ALLERGY AWARENESS
Simply Sports is food-allergy aware and committed to providing a safe environment. Afflicted children who are exposed to peanuts and/or other nuts may suffer serious medical reactions that may be life threatening. Accordingly, we prohibit any participant from bringing any foods, food products or snacks that contain peanuts or nuts, including, but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, peanut butter, baked goods containing peanuts or other nuts, and foods containing nut sauces or flavoring. We firmly solicit your complete cooperation with regard to this very important safety matter. Your help will go along way to help us create a safe environment for all.
