MAKE-UP SESSIONS AND REFUNDS
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing no later than 1 week before a class or program begins. No refunds will be given after this date except if the player is not medically able to participate, in which case refunds may be given on a pro-rated, case-by-case basis.
There is the greater of 10% or $50 cancellation fee applied to all refunds. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.
No refunds will be given for events out of our control (e.g., snow, transit strikes, etc.). Simply Sports is responsible for make-up classes only if a cancellation is due to the absence of the instructor.
Simply Sports reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration, with full or a pro-rata refund.
Simply Sports is dedicated to providing you with a personal touch. We will provide direct feedback to you about how your child is doing. We value communication with you about your child.
Any photographs taken of any participant at Simply Sports programs and activities may be used for promotional purposes. Participants waive the right to inspect and/or approve the photograph.
Simply Sports is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or equipment.
Students should wear appropriate athletic clothing. Jewelry should not be worn. Sneakers (or cleats) are required.
Simply Sports wants all children to come and play when they are feeling their best. Please keep sick children home to recover-this will reduce the likeliness of personal injury and the spread of illness to others. We reserve the right to send a child home to get well in our sole discretion. Basic first aid for minor injuries is available at all programs.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All participants must read and accept the enrollment form and conditions including the waver of liability.
FOOD ALLERGY AWARENESS
Simply Sports is food-allergy aware and committed to providing a safe environment. Afflicted children who are exposed to peanuts and/or other nuts may suffer serious medical reactions that may be life threatening. Accordingly, we prohibit any participant from bringing any foods, food products or snacks that contain peanuts or nuts, including, but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, peanut butter, baked goods containing peanuts or other nuts, and foods containing nut sauces or flavoring. We firmly solicit your complete cooperation with regard to this very important safety matter. Your help will go along way to help us create a safe environment for all.
